Developing Self Awareness
Delegates learn how to identify their unique selling points; recognise what has made them successful in their working life in the past; build confidence and belief in their own abilities; and, learn to appreciate their transferable skills.
Job Search Campaign
Delegates learn how to find jobs they could do and are interested in, and the right actions to take to improve their ability to find a job that suits them.
CV Preparation
Delegates learn objective advice about CV content, style and presentation. The consultant will support delegates with personal profile writing and focusing their CV on skills and achievements required to attain an interview. The consultant will also review the delegates CV and provide feedback.
Interview Techniques
Essential interview techniques and tips provided by the consultant will allow the individual to prepare effectively for each interview and realise applicable responses to a wide range of questions, including competency based scenarios.
