A businesses cultural footprint sets the scene for both new and existing employees behaviours and engagement levels when considering inclusivity. Our training aims to tackle both the understanding and appreciation of everyone’s differences, alongside giving employees the skills to work in an inclusive way. We cover induction, annual compliance and aspirational training on equality, diversity and inclusion topics for all employees from front line to leaders and managers. We also have a range of awareness training covering topics such as Neurodiversity and Transgender Inclusivity which also compliments our micro awareness suite of videos.
